Kick-off Meeting online
The first transnational meeting (kick-off meeting) of the Erasmus + project MCE was held in Online together with the representatives of the 6 partner organizations
TPM2 in Milan
During the meeting the I.O. 1 “Multisport Community Index” was shared and approved by the whole consortium. The partners set the work, to be done in the following months for the web platform, finding common strategies. The meeting was also the occasion for a confrontation on the general trend of the project and on the following steps (organization of the international training and selection of participants).
TPM3 and International Training Event in Volos
During the meeting the partners discussed the goals achieved so far in the project, a special focus on monitoring actions and transnational coordination. An international training event was organized, to train the sport ambassadors that will implement the local events in each country.

Local Training for Sport Operators
The second phase of the training happened locally and it had the purpose of multiplying the impact of the international training at local level in the partner countries. Leader of this local event were the Sport Ambassadors, who shared the learning outcomes of the international training adapting them to the specific needs of their local communities and creating a local sport network. The target of this local events were 5 sport coaches for each partner country.
Multisport Day
A first event was organized during the 2nd year of the project and a second one, one year later. Both events, implemented during the “European Sport Week”, were preceded by a phase of intense local promotion, aimed at informing the audience of the project and to collect inscription from teams of participants. The local promotion happened through different online and offline dissemination channels and with the active support of the Sport Ambassadors, in each country. The local events happened in the same time in the different countries, and the international dimension of the project will be highlight in a promotion phase. In a long-term perspective, the goal of this events was to involve participants in practicing sport regularly, and to introduce in the partner countries regular MCE program, that happened more times a year or monthly.

During the meeting each partner reported the results of the local activities. The third I.O. output was finalized and the partners will discuss the details of the organization of the multiplier events in each country. The consortium started working on the final evaluation report. Finally, the partners discussed the sustainability strategies.
